Rakyat Menang

I read from the Straits Times 2nd April 2008 and realised that PKR-DAP-PAS were willing to come together for the sake of the Rakyat and for a better Malaysia. They have even consider to adopt Pakatan Rakyat as their name for the new coalition. I am happy to say that in future it will be Pakatan versus the Barisan, a two party system for the politic in Malaysia.

This was my prayer and hope for the past 15 years. It is materialising right before my eyes. This shows the maturity of the Rakyat as wellas the politicians. However, to be able to pose a threat to Barisan and also to play as an alternative for Malaysia in the next election (or may be sooner than expected), a Malaysian mentality must be adopted by Pakatan leadership. PAS can easily play a very good paetner to ensure the continuity of Islam in Malaysia, in the right spirit of the religion, peace and harmony, respecting others in our beloved nation. PAS can easily help to promote the spirit of Islam into the life and daily routine of our Muslim community, introducing some positive value into the management of the governance mechanism in running the nation.

PKR and DAP will ensure that all communities in the nation work towards the progress and prosperity of the nation. Practicing justice and fairness in all area of government policies. PKR should be assigned with the task of creating and motivating the Malay community to be productive, and contributive to nation building. Proposing schemes to help build up a strong blue collar manpower from among the Malay community. Making good use of the arts and land scaping skill of Malays to creat a beautiful Malaysia.

DAP should look into building up the economy of Malaysia, attracting Direct Foreign Investment into Malaysia. DAP must also assign officers to study how we could build up the Indian and other communities in the nations. Each community must have a sizeable representative to sit-in to such Biro so as to help contributing towards the building up of their respective community.

I would suggest that we uphold the constitution and respect Islam as our Agama Rasmi Malaysia, while we allow flexible diversity cultural value and practices in all walks of Malaysian life.

Pakatan Rakyat must work hard to prove its worth and maturity during this term of office. Stop all open citicism of fellow members, keep it to close door "family matters". Wish Pakatan will succeed in presenting itself in the five states government and development.

Let us support our Dato Anwar as a charasma leader for the Pakatan. Some are good leaders, good team mates, but Dato Anwar has the charasma for a visionary leader.
