Does it make sense?

I come across this write out by no expert at all, yet it makes sense. It is about the death of our poor man Teoh Beng Hock. it reads:

But the evidence appears to be glaring!
1. THERE IS NO BLOOD! Even if Bro Teoh had hit some other part of the building on the way down and had been killed by that impact, his body would have reached the final resting point within seconds of the impact. Whether or not there were external injuries, there would certainly be internal injury and bleeding. Blood would have flowed out of his nose and mouth and, possibly, his ears. And the blood would only flow out from the body many seconds after the injuries occur, after the body had come to rest. There should be a pool of blood around his head. There is none! This is the most damning evidence.
2. The arms and legs appear to be undamaged. Had Bro Teoh been conscious when he was falling, he would most likely have been facing the ground and would have tried to stop the impact. His arms are likely to have broken at the elbows. His legs are likely to have been splayed out at awkward angles. Even if he had fallen backwards, his arms would have been splayed out and bounced into some unnatural angles. The body position shown in the photographs is too natural.
3. The tear in his trousers suggests to me that his body landed with the buttocks hanging downwards and the tear occurred at the point of impact. He dropped that way because his inert body was being held by arms and legs before being dropped.
Based on the above three points, I have to say that Bro Teoh was very likely already dead and his body was thrown down from a high floor to make it appear that the death was due to the fall.

Moving Towards Putrajaya

Ever since 308 rakyat living under PKR state government have faced with much difficulties. Why? Someone is out to discredit the victory of rakyat Malaysia. What they want to say is that let corruption be, and you live happily.

But as Malaysians we want to regain the power of Rakyat Malaysia. We wanted to return the power of democracy to the people of Malaysia. Let our votes speak louder than money politic.

Has Perak PKR state government failed the rakyat before it was ousted? No.
Has Kedah PKR state government failed the rakyat? No. Only some racist politicians try to make some news. Only misunderstanding created an uproar.
Has Penang PKR state government failed the rakyat? No. But some agencies, supposed to represent the government, are not towing the line. Not respecting the PKR state government. Making the life of simple rakyat difficult. Giving opportunity to some to put all blames on the PKR state government.

You never heard any complaints from BN component parties during BN era, but you heard them blaming PKR state government.

Politicians still believed that rakyat Malaysia can be easily fooled. They have mistaken much. Wise Malaysians know what is going on. Our present predicament only tells us IF MALAYSIANS WANTED A CHANGE, CHANGE THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. This should be our aim in the next general election.

How You Look at It

Teo Beng Hock, 30, Political Secretary to Selangor Executive Councillor (Exco) Ean Yong Hian Wah fell to his death onto a roof of a four-storey building next to the Selangor offices of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on the 14th floor of the Masalam Building in Shah Alam. The MACC had summoned Teo, aide to the DAP Exco Ean Yong (an equivalent of a Sarawak State Minister), to the building at 5pm on July 15, to be interviewed as a witness.

The above comment appeared in an email is a brief summary of the recent event in our beloved Malaysia. How do you look at it?

* How was a WITNESS treated by the MACC?
He was not a convict, nor was he a suspect. He was just an employee for the YB Exco Ean Yong Hian Wah. Who would want to be a witness to any cases in the future? It may cost your life. More so if you come from the PKR.

* Why should he be killed?
Was there any other agenda on in the process of enquiry? Has Teo caused anyone angry for not cooperative to achieve some kind of political objective?

* Why it only happened to member of PKR?
Do we not know have enough of corruption cases reported in the press lately? Of course a number of them involving BN members. It even involve upto billions and hundred thousand of ringgit.

Rakyat Malaysia must read between lines and know how to act to rid of threatening tactics to every single poor rakyat in Malaysia. Life is getting tough for simple people in the street and yet the rich politicians are not bothered.

The are good actors and great talkers but simple rakyat suffers even worse as days go by. We must aim at a Government for the People, a government that cares for the poor.A clean and just government. Look ahead to rid of this threat in the next general election.

Rakyat should be wise and not to be blinded by some sweetening policies and be robbed of a comfortable lifestyle in this rich nation.

BN Victory was it a surprise?

The Court of Appeal reverse a High Court decision that declared the rival of Nizar as the rightful menteri besar. Now it is BN Zambri who is the rightful MB for Perak. Was it a surprise? It took so many hours for the Court of Appeal to come out with the result, not able to do so after the hearing yesterday.

What has transpired between yesterday uptil 3.30pm on 22/5/09?

Was it that our Malaysian Hight Court is of substandard so much so that its verdict must be challenged?
What if the High Court has announced Zambri to be the winner then? Will BN consider its verdict unfair to Pakatan?Of course not. BN would have celebrated then.

So what does it tell all Malaysian? BN is a bad player, one that would not take a loser's side. Whatever it is BN must win. So why play with such a lousy player?

It is enough. The eyes of rakyat Malaysia must have been opened up. So let us put BN out of the game by the next general elction. Put UNMO out of the game. What game player will say, let us call for a change of cards. Put Rakyat Malaysia to rule the country through Pakatan Rakyat. Rid of the elite and the bad player.

BN members can walk the street with police protection, while Pakatan members are arrested before even an official walk. BN members can burn flags and be called patriotic while Pakatan members who called for fairness of the game is said to cause public unrest etc. Enough is said. Come the next general election, send BN,and UMNO home.

The Big Task Ahead

Now the speculation and talks of by elections are over...what is next?

1. Get the younger generation signing up for the next general election.
2. Educate the people against corruption and manupulation of the law.
3. Sell the idea of a true Malaysian Malaysia---- visualise what Malaysia can be like if PKR takes over the central government.
4. Provide more information to Sabah and Sarawak regarding the happenings in Peninsular Malaysia. The whole idea is to bring about awareness the concentration of power and wealth over a few whereas the general population of Malaysia should have been better off.
5. Dig into the information on how many of our BN leaders are also owning businesses in the country. Display such business information to all Malaysians and let the learned population figure out how it had affected governance of the country.

On the PKR team spirit, each component party must review their political ideology to suits PKR objective----a Malaysian Malaysia, sharing of the national prosperity with the people of Malaysia.

Lightens up the financial burden of the general public while national revenue is used for nation building and not for politicians own enjoyment and luxurious life styles.

Put religion in its proper perspective, uphold constitutional prefrences diplomatically, and treasured our national heritage of multicultural, multiracial, multiligual etc Building up a harmonious Malaysian community. Making everyone of us proud to address ourselves as Malaysians.

Now that we have our new cabinet line up PKR must work constructively with the government to tackle worldwide economy crisis. Create a friendly atmosphere to attarct direct foreign investment into Malaysia.

Sing A Different Tune

BN is playing its game with the power in its hand. PKR members must not sing to their tune. It is a trap. Thus PKR has the right to manupulate and to mobilize the forces in the land? No but not BN. They just do anything to keep in power.

Human who have no principle will sway to the side where $$$$ is attractive. Can PKR play with $$$. No way. Thus if PKR sing to the same tune, PKR is stand to loss much.

Begin t sing to a different tune. Go the the people for a mandate. Talk to the people to throw their support for People Power. The votes can put away those the People Dislike. So show them in this By election. Put away BN candidates wit your votes! Whoever it may be, how ever good it may be, it contributes to strengthen the power that be...so put away any BN candidate.

By next general election, put away all BN candidates that the People wanted to see them go. Immediate after the vote count they are gone. No threat f water canons, no fear of prison terms, no chance for blue eye jacketc. Once im power PKR must put those who fit to the "gallow" to stand trial in court. Put away those who did not do their job well, or who has no intergrity in the profession as public servants.

Cleaning up Malaysia is the next big job for PKR in the next general election. "Cleaning Up Malaysia" both people and PKR. Sing to a different tune....leave BN topic aside. Instead, go and tell the people to sign up for next general election. Go round to share the disappointment of the systems. Tell the People, make a BIG change the next election. PKR promise a BIG Cleaning Up and a change for better for Malaysia Baru.

Tell the Malays to think wisely, and to see the truth at the poor community. PKR will bring about true prosperity for Malays and better prospect of Malays through real development plan for the people not for the rich.

Tell the Chinese to wake up. Tell them to stand up for their rights and to put BN away with thier money and their votes.

Tell the Indians and others be strong and come around with good support for PKR Let us work towards a Better Malaysia. Please sing a different tune otherwise PKR is sure to suffer. Let Perak KR let the people tell the authority what price to apy to break the plague. The wrong doers will have to face up to God and the people of Malaysia.

Reconsider Penang Second Bridge Project

Now that there is a delay in the project, and since Malaysian politic is so child play like (look at Perak), personally I would suggest Penang State Government work towards drop the project altogether.

Instead, work on LRT project linking the mainland with the island. Personally I would say the bridge benefited the contractors more than the people of Penang. Whereas LRT will bring about benefit to the people of People and the mainland.

Allow a failure of a ferderal project that is governed by political intent rather than motivated by development of Malaysia (Penang is part of Malaysia!) If a project is influence by political factor, drop it.

Work on a more convenience Rapid bus route for the start, and sit down at the drawing board for a proposed LRT project.

Who is stand to lose, the BN friends and contractors. So no fear, drop it now. On the part of China contractor they are just as furious as delay. Might as well forget it and stop the loan by declaring breach of contract.

Malaysians Must Not Forget 3309

When you cannot get it legally rob it. When you cannot stop it use force to block it. Cannot block it lock it up.
This is the picture of Perak dilemma!
3rd.March 2009 the Perak State Assembly is suppose to have an emergency meeting to resolve the whole situation once and for all. But knowing that BN will stand to lose in this emergency meeting, or to face up to a re elaction, BN chosed to use force----making use of the police forces to block people from meeting. In fear of the possibility of the sitting of the State Assembly, they locked up the place.

This is our so call Malaysian democracy. As long as BN is in power it is legal for even a 2000 people street protest. As soon as BN is stand to lose, even a 200 gathering by the general public is face with water canon and police harrasment. For the public to hand over a police report is so difficult yet UMNO is allowed to file multiple police reports unchecked.

Malaysians must not forget 3309. The next general election, let all Malaysians make good use of the votes in their hands to oust UMNO from the political scene of Malaysia. We want people with with polirical ideology and with Malaysia is their hearts. We do not need to place Malaysia into the hands of people who are dishonoring the rule of Law just to achieve their selfish objectives.

Dilemma In Perak

Constitutionally the Perak State Assembly seemslegally existing. Though there was a slight shaking after the announcement of a new MB without dismissing the old MB.So there was a Speaker for the State Assembly still in power, and the State Assembly in exisitance but with two MBs.

It is another "Malaysia Boleh"kind of situation. A mockery to the democratic system and a disappointment to the people who place Pakatan to Perak government.

Now that V Sivakumar in his power as a Speaker for Perak, calls for an emergency meeting, will the State Assembly come together? How is it going to function?

Best solution is to dissolve the State Assembly and start afresh with a state election. Let the people put in place who they wanted to govern the state. This is the time the those concern must review and submit to the system we claimed to adopt and practice in Malaysia.

God saves Malaysia! God saves Perak from the unforeseen dilemma.

Tol Increase 33% a Mockery

When the rest of the world is trying to fight recession and trying to help their citizen to overcome the economy crisis, here in Malaysia tol increase is haunting the public.

Then comes the hero---- government, helping to check and to postpond the price hike. Imagine the government has failed so often to prevent such a price increase in our highway tol, this time it is done with such a ease. A gift for the coming by election.

Anyway it sounded a financial lost for the government in return for a compesation of estimated 280 millions or so. As far as the highway company is concern it is still a gain. This is the result of a "blind and foolish"agreement. Whatever it is, this goes to prove that if the government wanted, it has the mean to stop such tol increment. Just hope that each time there is a cry for "increase tol" there will be a respond of our hero to the rescue.

For long run, to save all public fund and to save the piblic from such fear of tol increase, we need a new government which will review the highway contract and settles it once and for all. The highway is to serve the people, not a mean of increasing the financial burden for the public. Make good use of our petrol money and our taxes, we will enjoy free highway like many other nations.
Malaysians must train ourselves to be thinking people and to act in wisdom.

Mob Attack

What do the people think of Malaysia when UMNO Youth members gathered round Kapal Singh? Not to welcome or to say hello but to attack him.

What did they ask Kapal Singh to do? To return to....was Kapal Singh a tourist to the parliment house? Was he loitering around the parliment house? No he is an MP attending a session in the parliment. He is a Malaysian. A politician, a learned man.

What is the incident saying to Malaysians? Will UMNO tells all non-bumi Malaysians to leave the nation? Should Malaysians continue to support such a political party and ideology?

Come this by election, let all Malaysians involved in the by election send UMNO a strong message of protest through the votes.

Let all Malaysians reject such mind set by rejecting what UMNO members are doing.

The Sultan has Given His Word

Now that the Sultan of Perak has given his word in agreement to the formation of BN Perak State Government, all parties must submit to the decision. We must have confidence in the decision of the Sultan. Surely the Sultan has convinced himself that the 31 pro-BN YB are truly giving their support to the formation of a BN State Government.

As the Head of the state, the Sultan has to ensure peace and smooth running of the state government and also the progress and development of Perak. As such the Sultan must have felt that this is the best solution for Perak at this point of time. Do not forget that the Sultan has given much positive support to PKR state government during its terms of office.

We may not like it as it is, but since the Sultan has given his word, we must all submit to his decision.

Let history points its fingure at those who had betrayed the rakyat. Let us put the state (if not the nation as a whole) above party interest. PKR has to learn to unite and be of same mind in pursuing political objectives in future years.

If you call it a game, it is over for PKR at this point of time. If it is a war, this battle is lost, but the war is not over yet. Hidup Rakyat Malaysia!

Unity Is Strength---PKR for All Malaysians

What can we learn from the power struggle in Perak? Component parties of PKR must stay united.

Build a stronger and unified political idealogy. Work along the line: One Malaysia, One People, One Goal.
One Malaysia--- a Malaysia for all rakyat of whatever cultural and religious background.
One People ----- a people called Malaysians. Rid of racial classification.
One Goal ------- a developed nation with sound spiritual value system and healthy enviroment.

Separate religion from politic. Allow the people to follow what they chose to believe in and respect their faith and practices.

It is time for each component party of PKR to sit down and review their political idealogy, and allowing the leaders of all component parties to meet to formulate a PKR Political Ideology. Unless all parties are of the same mind, there is no strong ties. Leaders must have confident in their political ambition, and practice the One Malaysia,One People and One Goal objective. Do not try to win favor from any sectors, but to win favor from the general public for a better Malaysia. Promote the idealogy, and repeatedly make mention of it.

Malaysians must be dynamic, hard working, friendly, and thrifty. Whoever promotes materialism is spoiling the public, corrupting the people, and causing the moral of Malaysians to rot away. If any true politician loves the people and loves the nation must implement policies that lift up good moral and deligence in our people.

Hidup Malaysia.

BN Leads By Example?

Now that BN has led Malaysians to believe that "hopping" is a good way for a change of government, may I suggest that Malaysians change the central government before March 2009. PKR has no money to buy you over. It is your concern and love for Malaysia and your future generation that should make you do so.

All that PKR needs is to gather all MPs who really are statesman, people who enters politic to lead and to develop the nation.People who cares for the Rakyat and also has a concern to preserve a good heritage for our generations to come.

We do not want people who enters politic to become millionaire. If so, we encourage such people to enter bsiness sectors. We want people who loves Malaysia, who wanted the best for the Rakyat and wanted to see Malaysia excel in all sectors and become a developed nation. We want people who think they can transform the lifestyle of easy going rakyat, and make them into dynamic enterprising personnels.

We wanted people who believe in creating a fair and just Malaysia for all rakyat.

Now is the time for all MPs who have such dream to come over to PKR and reform the central government. All we need is just "hop over" the way BN had it done in Perak. By end of February we will have a new central government. Come on! It's now or never. It is time to save Malaysia with the formation of a PKR Central government and rid of all corruption and save Malaysia from world recession.

MPs holds the fate of Malaysia from now till March! Come on ! You miss it in 916 let us make it happen by 15/2/09

Power Struggle & Economy Crisis

If you only care to read the newspaper and hear the news, it is like Malaysia is above the world economy crisis. While nations and statesmen are trying to find measures to save their nations from economy depression and serious recession; while multinational companies are struglling to survive the economy Tsunami, cutting down their workforce, slicing down their expenses, some even closing up their plants etc, Malaysian political opportunists are busy " selling themselves" , juah mahal, thinking they are indespensible.

This has caused political instability, worsening the effect of our economy recession. Oh Malaysia Boleh! It is time to dissolved the Perak State Assembly and return to the people for a confirmation of what they want for Perak. It is time to prove to the world that Rakyat Malaysia is matured and intellectual enough to know the truth.

PKR must make sure to field in quality candidates, people with a heart to bring about a better Malaysia, a better state government. Reject all opportunists who enter politic to make quick money. We want politicians who are willing to serve the people and the state.

Time to act fast! Time to blow the trumpet ! Time for Rakyat Malaysia to speak aloud through majority votes in the coming snap election. Put unwanted people away with your votes. Make them cry by losing even their deposits. Hidup Malaysia ! Hidup Rakyat Malaysia!

Again The Message Is Clear

This By-Election in Kuala Trengganu comes and goes. It is over. PAS candidate won over the BN candidate by over 2600 majority.

Thanks to the By-Election, it brought in lots of benefit to the rakyat: petrol money to Trengganu state government for development in the state, allocation of fund for many primary schools, and also a clear message that rakyat Malaysia wanted a change. Not necessary a change of the government, unless forced to, but definite a change of mindset. The government must be a government for all rakyat, not for a special group of elite group. The government must place national building as top priority not selfish gain from the public fund.

It will mean from now on the rakyat is monitoring the government: insisting of anti corruption, fairness in fund allocation, and sincerity in national development. Not as a bait for election. People would prefer a change of government prior to deveopment if it is necessary.

Imagine all the development has brought so much financial hardship on the people: expensive tol, expensive basic comodities, expensive cars, expensive ,..... even profit is not national gain, but individual assets. Senseless contracts, not to lighten the people's financial burden but to increase corporate profit margine. Rakyat will continue to redeem their rights and power through the ballots.
