The Sultan has Given His Word

Now that the Sultan of Perak has given his word in agreement to the formation of BN Perak State Government, all parties must submit to the decision. We must have confidence in the decision of the Sultan. Surely the Sultan has convinced himself that the 31 pro-BN YB are truly giving their support to the formation of a BN State Government.

As the Head of the state, the Sultan has to ensure peace and smooth running of the state government and also the progress and development of Perak. As such the Sultan must have felt that this is the best solution for Perak at this point of time. Do not forget that the Sultan has given much positive support to PKR state government during its terms of office.

We may not like it as it is, but since the Sultan has given his word, we must all submit to his decision.

Let history points its fingure at those who had betrayed the rakyat. Let us put the state (if not the nation as a whole) above party interest. PKR has to learn to unite and be of same mind in pursuing political objectives in future years.

If you call it a game, it is over for PKR at this point of time. If it is a war, this battle is lost, but the war is not over yet. Hidup Rakyat Malaysia!

The Sultan is not a politician. He is a ruler, the Head of State. Whoever forms the State Assembly will have to work with the ruler and his sucessor.

Therefore, it is not good to oppose a ruler.Even if the Sultan has made a mistake, gone over the rule od democarcy;even we wish he should have dissolved the Assembly, yet nothing can be done now.

Even if the ruler has place his personal interest above the state, heis responsible for the consequences. We must just submit.Otherwise our system of democarcy carries no meaning with the Sultan (Agong) as our Head of State. Love democracy, but respect our Malaysian system.

How can the Ruler contain such a uproar by the PKR supporters? In fact, it would hve been better if the situation is returned to the rakyat for a final decision through their votes. Now the Sultan can still advise BN to return the verdict to a state election. If BN has this confiction that the people is for BN why not? However, if BN know for sure they are going to lose, then they should not have force themselves into the State Assembly. Whatever it is, return to the people is still the best way to calm the rakyat.

By the Law PKR State Assembly exists legally.
By respect and loyalty to remain in power it hurts the Sultan's integrity.
By force and self interest BN can insists to stay in power.
For the sake of Law and the truth of Democracy and also honor for the Sultan, return the verdict to the people.
Otherwise BN will loss much in the next general election, even to the posibility of total wipe out of UMNO by the matured voters.
