Kuala Terengganu By-Election Jan.17 09

It is an opportunity for rakyat Malaysia who reside in Kuala Terengganu to speak out to the Kerajaan through their votes this January 17.

If each time there is a by-election, people's money are returned to the people through various allocations, this goes to tell that the power of the vote is obvious. This time allocations are given to lots of schools. Even petrol money is channeled back to Terengganu state government.

If only rakyat Malaysia relised that their votes can dictate and even change the government of the day, politicians will be more responsible in their words and actions.

What has the people cried out during 308? Rakyat Malaysia wanted a just and progressive Malaysia, fairness to all rakyat, sharing of national prosperity, and development in rural settings. Rid of money politics, corruptions and upholding the Merdeka Constitution.

308 also reminded us that Rakyat Malaysia wanted a change ---- no more harping on communal tune but on national tune. Together we build a Progressive Malaysia.

It is time again for rakyat Malaysia bagi Kuala Terengganu by-election to repeat the echo of 308.

Good Decision YB S Manikavasagam

I was glad to read from New Straits Times dd 30/12 Pg 12 " MP hurt by comments but don't quit the party". I hope YB Mr. S Manikavasagam will continue in Parti Keadilan for the sake of the people and the goal of a Malaysian Malaysia.

Being a public servant one is open to criticism and commendation. However, due to the selfish nature of human being, more criticism than commendation is expected. Therefore, one must learn to stand by his political ideaology and move forward towards the goal of his political ambition inspite of bitter and unfriendly criticism. Having confident in what he is doing and be confident of his action.

Until this moment, since after 308, we have yet to see politicians to really grasp the message the Malaysians are sending to them. Malaysians wanted peace, wanted justice, wanted unity in divercity, wanted to see the beauty of multiracial community living and working as one people. Malaysians wanted politicians to know that rakyat is the boss, politicians are elected public servants to serve the nation and the people.

Sad to say, many are still deaf to the cry and blind to see the changes. Nevertheless, those who are not for the people will slowly be rejected by the people in each general election. Malaysia is moving in the right direction. In between each general election, let all politicians learn to cool down and get on the job as people's representatives and public servants. People are watching ! People know who to reject in the next round. The votes speak louder than the gong!

Mature politicians have an agenda and projection to gevern the nation, to improve on what they feel is lacking, to correct on what they feel is wrong, and to restore on what they believed to have wrongly implemented. Each time, mature politicians will give thought to the trend and the need of that particular generation. They will review their plan and projects and have it customised to suite the need of the generation.

Over all, the nation move forward with each generation of matured leadership. Each politician will place the nation the the people well above their personal ego, their party image, their personal opinion etc. Daring to apologize when it is wrong. Willing to clerify when he is misunderstood. Good leadership must aquire good and efficient communication skill.

PKR still can move on inspite of a few who think differently. There are more Malaysians and politicians who think and dream of a new Malaysia. Let us move on and prove to the nation that PKR is a better choice.

Federal Policy Over Shadows State Government

In the recent talk about National Land Council having a say in the decision of state government in granting freehold land titles for new villages, it seems that state government may just be puppets under the present system.

Can it not be that the Central is having too much power over the state government in dealing and managing state affaires?

The state government is for the people, people friendly, whereas the Central seems to be against such policy. Has not the previous state government granted any land to anyone at all? Was it meant only for certain selected few?

Thus it is important for rakyat Malaysia to learn one BIG lesson, the next election, go all out for a change of the central power. Chose one who is serving the rakyat, one who is for the good and development of the nation. This time of the year, we have noticed that the PKR state government is being restricted in some way for developing the states. Next round, get the central power and develop Malaysia for all Malaysians.

PAS'Hudud and PKR

Just because of the coming by election in Trengganu PAS once again brought up the hudud which caused a stir among the member parties of PKR. In fact, PAS need not have to raise the hudud to win the rakyat. The rakyat are discarding BN for a change.

Now that the hudud is brought up and much doubts and fear is cast upon the non-muslims in the nation, PKR need to be careful in handling the issue, otherwise PKR will play into the hands of BN not only in this by election, even at the next general election.

Whether the hudud, or the common law, or any jurisdictionsystem, it is meant to punish the evil one, the discipline the wrong doers. However, basing on Islamic value, the hudud may be good and feasible to implement on people of Islamic faith. To cover it even for the non-muslims will in one way putting down the right of an individual granted by the Constitutions.

If it is just to cover those in the Islamic faith, the genral rakyat of Malaysia will have nothing to say.Nevertheless, since we have already our jurisdiction system that suits all people of all faith in Malaysia, for the sake of a better Malaysia, why can't PAS review their old time ideology and live to face a modern generation.

If not careful, PAS' political ideology may be obsolete and rejected by modern generation of learned muslims as the old timers are passed off.In fact, this is the best time for PAS to team up in PKR and play a supervision role to promote Islam and to guide the morden generation in the fear of God. Allow PKR to play the role of growing a new Malaysia, bringing unity to all rakyat and PAS to play a major role as a spiritual overseer for the muslim population in Malaysia.

Member parties of PKR must find time to workout a resolution in this matter so that the public can be sure of the political ambition of PKR before the next general election. Worse to the worse, let people who truly value a new Malaysia upholding the Merdeka Constitution coming together to lead Malaysia into the next century.

Stop all mass media arguement or statements if PKR wanted the support of rakyat Malaysa and get down to respect the PKR political ideology.

Unity In Divercity

Have we not learn from nature as how we can be complementary to make our life wholesome inspite of many differences? Malaysian politicians seems to have failed in this sense. Some are still insisting on ethnic superiority giving no respect to others, suppressing the importance of diversity.

Thank God we have a sounding message from Raja Nazrin recently. Allow me to quote it from The Sun November 20 Pg 2

1. When we think of social fragmentation as good rather than bad, something is awfully wrong.

2. We must reject radicalism and extremism of all types.

3. I know this as a Malaysian for what has built this country and made it strong are the contributions of its different communities.

4. The need to forge a community of people with shared values and interests remains paramount.

I hope Rakyat Malaysia will reject "tribalism" and support a government that believed in a multiracial, multilingual, multi cultural Malaysia. If I am not mistaken Malaysian politicians are trying to create a ruling class, what we called the "nobles" in olden days. They hope to rule the nation forever from among themselves and their children, leaving the rest of the population as the peasants or commoners, who should submit to them in totality with just some benefits for their livelihood. They wish they could turn the enforcement bodies into their instruments to suppress any opposition to their ambitions.

In order to shatter such unimaginery dream of our politicians, Rakyat Malaysia must make good use of their intellect and their right to vote, removing any politician that they deemed to be detrimental to the harmonious community in Malaysia.

One School System?

This is an old tune replayed by Mukhriz Mahathir. Who is this Mukgriz? No one knows him until he hits the pages in the Mass media. Then with the tag Mahathir, people can guess it must be Mahathir's son lah! However, to gain popularity and attarct attention through such old tune is poor performance of a up coming politician. It may be even unfitting at this generation.

It has it's set back. The general public is against racist politicians. He may not go to far with this approach. He should have come in some 30 yeas ago.

I would hope all public and politicians just ignore such irresponsible player. Let him shout out of his throat and see no respond to it. I remember a popular saying: Let a fool does what he wanted to do, then only he will know that he is a fool.

The Constitutions safeguard the rights of all Malaysians. The Constituitons allow the use of ethnic languages for education and coomunication. It is not the cause of divisions among the rakyat Malaysia. It is the irresponsible politicians who cast fear and divide the people.

Let all Malaysians stand together to reject such cheap tricks and see that his game is over in a short while.

You Cannot Fool All People All the Time

Having watch wat was going on in the political arena in Malaysia since September 2008, people don't seems to have learn any lessons from the 308 General Election. Many are still harping on racial issues, vernacular education of rakyat Malaysia, Ketuanan Melayu etc. If you read and look at what these politicians are harping on, you just don't believe that the world is facing economy crisis. Malaysian politicians are not concern at all. They are more concern of showing off their championing of racial rights and privileges. It sounded as if some one out there is going to lose some rights and privileges, whereas in truth, they are crying wolves! Making people believe they are threatened in a way. Not true at all. It's just a political lie.

Let me show you how a lay man will read and understand from The Sun datedd November 17 page 4
1. A learned law man explained that someone has make the Malays to believe that the Social Contract on the Malaysian Constitutions has not safeguard the Malay rights. So whenever anyone insisted that we uphold and abide by the Social Contract, the politicians would sound out anger saying that the Malay rights is threatened.

2.In fact, our learned man said that the Social Contract is important for all Malaysians. Without the Social Contract, there will be chaos and no one will be able to live in peace.

3. Malay rights and privileges are protected by the Constitutions. Any changes to take place, under Article 38, one has to get the consent from the Malay rulers. Very well protected by Article 153.

4. Article 3 itself declares that Islam is our official religion.

5. Article 152 stated that Malay is the national language, however there is NO STOPPING others from using their languages.

6. In 1963 Article 153 was change to include Sabah and Sarawak bumiputras to enjoy the same privilege as the Malays.

7. As far as the Constitution is concern, Ketuanan Melayu is only a political philosophy. It is more of the Malay identity rather than supremacy, above others, making others second class citizens.
There is no master and slave position in the Federal Constitutions.

This is what I read and understand from the presentation of Prof Dr.Abdul Aziz Bari, law lecturer of IIUM.

Can This be true?

I read the following article with great shock! Can some one please varify if this is true.

This is another method for KWSP to steal our money!
Remember during Budget 2008 announcement last yr, our Finance Minister (cum PM) announced that in order to assist KWSP members to reduce the burden in housing load repayment, KWSP will allow monthly withdrawal from members' A/C II for the purpose?

Sounds like a nice goodies! When you apply for the monthly withdrawal, you only need to provide KWSP yr housing loan & instalment detailsfrom yr bank and the bank a/c # you like KWSP to bank the monthlywithdrawal into it. KWSP will approve yrapplication based on the available amt in yr A/C II and compute the withdrawal period by dividing the approved amt with the monthly instalment amt. Application process takes about a month and you will receive the monthly payout promptly into yr bank a/c!Well everything appear to be nice and good. It was indeed a noble plan until you take to close look at yr KWSP Statement! The withdrawal plan is actually a SCAM!

This is how the KWSP SCAM works.......Assuming you have RM100,000 in yr A/C II and yr housing loan's monthly instalment is RM2000/mth.KWSP will approve yr application of withdrawal from yr A/C II of RM100,000 and pay you RM2000/mth for the next 50mths.Everything appears to be in order BUT.......What KWSP didn't highlight to you is that when the application was approved, the TOTAL AMT (RM100,000) is removed from yr A/C II! It appears to be transfered to an unknown a/c to effect the monthly payment from therein. The impact to the member are as follows :-1. You just lost RM100,000 from yr A/C II. Assuming the KWSP Dividend is 5%, you will lose >RM4,000 in dividend during the 1st year. Based on the above example you will will lose >RM10,000 over the 50 mths period!2. There is no statement to account for the amt approved vs amt paid, hence you would need to keep the monthly payment voucher to reconcile against the approved amt over the 50mths period to ensure there is no missing amt!Assuming there are 100,000 members who innocently fell prey to this SCAM, based on the above example, KWSP would have cheated the members of 100,000 X RM10,000 = RM1,000,000, 000 (that's RM1 BILLION) over the period!

Furthermore, if you discovered this SCAM early and intend to stop the plan, KWSP would not allow any cancellation of the plan until at least 1 year. That would mean, once the application is approved, based on the above example, you would have lost >RM4,000.100,000 members would have lost 100,000 X RM4,000 = RM400,000,000 (RM400 MILLION) in One Year!!!If you're a victim of this KWSP SCAM, would suggest you call yr MP to raise hell in Parliament!Fo r others who have not fallen into this SCAM, pls continue to watch out and alert yr family & friends about this.

HOW COULD THE GOVERNMENT ALLOW ITS AGENCY TA SK ED WITH SAFEGUARIDNG ITS CITIZEN'S HARD EARNED MONEY TO CHEAT ITS MEMBERS IN THIS MANNER???

Come what may, let us move on

Rakyat Malaysia had had enough of trouble around us. Too many " to be" and uncertainties. As we end September (since 308), let us put an end to all in fightings as well as political threats. Let us move on.

Whether PM Abdullah Badawi manage to hold on to his position, or should he step down, this is UMNO problem. Rakyat Malaysia wanted to move on with business, with good economy and with projects. We need to earn our living.

However, as we move on may we remind all politicians that uprightness and honesty is the rule of the game. When a man rob a shop of its cash we call him a rubber. When someone stold some goods from a store we call him a thief. Both must face the court of law. Now what do we call someone who swindled the public fund entrusted to their care? What do you call him when someone scheme their way to drain off public fund for their own benefit? As federal reserve is the backbone of national economy, such thieves and rubbers are called traitors to the naton. They must als face the court of law.

Thus if politicians continue to swindle public fund, they will be removed by the next genral election and they shall face the court of law.

Let us move on and we hope all politicians begin to prove their worth of our trust as public servants.

Back on the Board

In war you need to come to the Board to study the situation and to plan your battle strategy. With the plan all set up, you start to launch out phase by phase, while watching the result there is a need of review of battle plan and issuing new instruction.

Has our PKR failed? No. Has Anwar failed? No.
What we read and what we know is what is allowed to be revealed to the knowledge of the enemy camp. It can be for real, it can also be a battle tactic to cause confusion and fear on the opposite camp.

As far as 308 and 826 and 916 is concern, Rakyat Malaysia has won the battle. Rakyat Malaysia has driven into the mind of all politicians that people power can remove So and So, and also to make a change over of government and authority.

A strong opposition has caused the ruling party to be more conscious of the voice and misery of the Rakyat. Much has been seen to benefit the Rakyat. Much has taken place in this short while. It has even stirred up UMNO so much that they are trying to force the stepping down of their No.1 man, our PM.

Rakyat Malaysia must learn from 308. Never again to return two-thrid majority to any ruling party. Allow a strong watch man in the parliment. This will ensure better governance, better awareness of the suffering and need of the rakyat. This will result in prosperity sharing for all rakyat. Instead of seeing billions after billions being thrown down the drain, these national revene is used to improve the life and infra structure of Malaysia.

If Rakayat Malaysia felt that UMNO has learn the lesson well, and has humbled itself and commited to serve all rakyat, UMNO will still be in power.(Mind you, not BN. For BN is name sake, the member parties of BN has no influence over what UMNO wanted to act and do.) BN government is just a name, UMNO government is the reality.

However, Malaysians may prefered PKR---- new may be, but PKR has an idealogy for the people and nation. So, let us see how the two will perform after this 308 political tsunami.
The people wll watch and judge, and the people will cast the votes wisely again in the next general election.

It's Just the Beginning

Now that RPK is detained under ISA and sent to Kamunting Detention Camp, the people of Malaysia will make sure to speak out loud and clear in the next round of general election. Since what is expressed by the rakyat has gone unheeded, the next round will be a real loud and clear message.

Rakyat Malaysia know what is going on. We are not fools.

Just because Rakyat Malaysia prefered peace and order, saving our beloved nation from economic disasters, and preserving communal harmony, we have chosed to remain calm and self restrain.

What can the front line troopers do when confronted by heavily armed enemy forces? Remain calm and stay off temporary. Do not force your way into a sucidal attempt on the enemy. Even though it looks like a lost battle, but the war is not over yet. Now that the whole Rakyat Malaysia is awaken to change, it is a matter of time that change will take place. Do not go for unnecessary sacrifices, or else even the active troopers and its captain will be eliminated.

Withdraw and regathered for another real hit. Just be sincere and be wise. Coming out of a battle alive is a victory itself.

It's Now or Never

PKR Anwar Ibrahim must take swift action now to take over the rule of Malaysia. However, if this is not done by 23rd.Sep.08 there will be set back for all his supporters and even to those who have been with him since 308.

Surely the opposite camp will not sit to wait for Anwar to act. They will act fast to ensure their continuity in power. Thus our advice to Anwar is "It's now or never." All supporters and members of PKR and all rakyat Malaysia are waiting to see how Anwar prove himself to be a charismatic leader for Malaysia Baru.

The Umpire of the Game

Now the game is at its crisis. On one side is the UMNO team led by Pak Lah and on the other side is PKR led by Anwar. The Police force is the "Umpire" of the game. Being an umpire the police takes no side but to ensure the game is played fairly according to the rules.

Once a while a more influential party may insist the umpire to take side, it is up to the integrity of the umpire to play his role independently. Otherwise the game is spoilt by the umpire and may even cause an uproar from the spectators.

Here in Malaysia PKR is claiming to have enough MPs to take over the rule of the nation. There UMNO is threatening to stop the game for fear of losing it. Others in the UMNO associates just wait and see, hoping to benefit from the game. They are no players at all, just opprtunists. They have no idea of the game but just to hike along for some tip bits.

When this game is over, whoever may be the winners, these hikers are not respected by any party at all. The are sound board holders, good for echoes but no voice of its own.

We hope the game will be over soon. We are expecting the umpire to watch and be alert. Do not forget outside the ring of the game is also a ring of guards, ensuring everything is in order. The Cheif of the guards is also watching and monitoring closely the progress of the game.

Race Against Time

The progress of taking over is a race against time. (I am sure Anwar and the rest understand what I mean.) Do not underestaimate what the other party can and would do.

It is important to get it over in the shortest time.
Have the whole "cabinet candidates" appear before the King ASAP and get the YMM our beloved King to give his blessing.

If possible allow the King to announce the new cabinet to the nation.

It is not possible to expect our present PM to hand over the ruling of the nation to PKR simply. It is a pressure to our PM at this point of time.

Whatever, it is a race against time, not giving much time to foul play and for the safety of all.

Safety Measure

Now that 916 is over and the process of taking over is in progress, Rakyat Malaysia would like to request Anwar and all MPs of PKR to be careful in their going out and coming in. Make sure Anwar has some bodyguards with him. Try to keep secret of the movement of Anwar and change route ech time.

It is important to ensure the safety of Anwar and all PKR MPs.

Tuesday, September 16, 2008

Time of Decision

Time of opportunity is clicking away for MPs who have yet to make up their mind. Time for a change. Time to change into Keutamaan Rakyat rather than to move on in communal politic. Time to check corruption and time to uphold justice and fairness for all rakyat Malaysia.

PKR will only give opportunity for MPs who are convicted in PKR ideaology of governance: People's Power. No ruling classes, and no suppression of minority in Malaysia. Instead, it is time to really build up a nation with taleneted Malaysians, giving room of higher education for the bright and clever, creating technical training opportunity for those less incline to studies and reseach, and motivating the rakyat as productive manpower for building the nation.

Once PKR has successfully secure the rule of the nation, strict condition will be imposed for people who wanted to "sneak in" as opportunist to join up with PKR.Non committed parties and personality do not deserve the right to govern the nation. PKR only welcome people who place rakyat as their main concern, people who wanted to build up Malaysia, not so much of building up personal prosperity through politic.

It is up to political parties and individual to check and review their political priority and to decide whether or not to join up with PKR.

Surely there are many who live up to PKR idealogy: Keutamaan Rakyat Malaysia, Kemakmuran dan Kemajuan Negara Tercinta Malaysia Kita.

Role of Our King and His army

Soldiers are not politicians. Soldiers are protector of the King and Malaysia. As soldiers they only listen to orders from their Chief: here is our beloved King.

Whatever the amendment had done regarding to the power and position of our King, YAB YMM our beloved King is the Head of Malaysia and the Commander-in-Chief of Malaysian armed forces.

When politicians are massing with the peace and stability of the nation, we are sure our beloved King will have to check the whole situation. Our King must be ready to put the military to work--- protecting the nation from any form of unrest. Only the King will appoint the person he sees fit to form an interim body to help him rule the nation. He may not appoint those who have lost the favour of the rakyat and pick on a man whom he sees winning the support of the general rakyat of Malaysia.

The King's main interest is to put down unrest and restoring peace. The King's main concern is to place a man he can trust to help reshaping the next government.

Our prayer and hope is that politicians should know that they are playing with fire. They should check and hold back themselves. Anyone who incites trouble for the nation (politicians are responsible for it in most incidents), should be make to face the court of law.

The army is the protector of the King and nation, the guarantor for our Merdeka Constitution. The army is not policitically inclined. It works independetly.

Same goes to the police forces. An independent police force, carrying out their duty professionally, will ensure justice and fairness in dealing with criminals. Take no side politically. A government is elected by the rakyat, decided by the MPs who deem to give their best for a better Malaysia. Any MP who fails to do his job professionally will be removed in the next general election. A government which does not perform, will also be changed over in the general election. Only when such is understood and practised will elected MPs be careful in their performance. In any foul play the police should step in---- that is the job of the police to see that no foul play of any form in this democratic system.

D-Day 916

It is time for Anwar to move, and move fast!
Those Malaysians and MPs who believe that our Demoractic System is more of a tyrant behind the screen of democrasy, all must denounce such system. Stand forward with Anwar and re shape the future of our beloved nation.

Anwar must act fast before he himself is sacrificed by such ruthless system. Those MPs who had been swallowing their anger and dissatisfaction over all these years must make a stand this day. Save Malaysia! Save our Democracy System. Rid of absolute power and corruption.

Many have sacrifice for the dream of 916. RPK is one of them. efore too many suffer for the dream of 916, Anwar must act now.

God bless Malaysia. Hidup Malaysia!

Thanks but No Thanks

It was a great relief for all Malaysians when reporter Lee Hoon Cheng was unconditionally released from her ISA detention. Though she was detained for a short while yet a mistake is made. If our authority can make such a blunder is carrying out their duty, it only goes to reflect the rashness and imaturity in their decision.

Just hope that our authority will exercise more discretion in carrying out their duty.
Now that reporter Lee is back home, we just hope Teresa Kok, an elected MP, YB, and also a executive in the Majlis be given a fair chance to defend herself in the court of law. Hopefully people like Ahmad Ismail should be put off in jail and not Teresa Kok who was just airing the concern of some. A matter that can be easily ignored. It was not worth even to take note of. As for RPK his writings should serve as a venue for the government of the day to check and review in matters discussed by his writings. A frank and fair comment on matters that concern the rakyat and the nation. If ever any party found that what he wrote is not true, make use of the court to make extra income---- challenge him in court. Why be scared of his writing if it is false. The rakyat knows how to judge. The rakyat are not fools.

Thus rakyat Malaysia hopes to see both in court rather than being detained under ISA.

Threat to Malaysian Democracy

What is the whole idea of democracy? It is to practise a system whereby the government of the day is: the government by the people and for the people. The people here means the citizens, the rakyat. In order for democracy to exist well in Malaysia, the government of the day must be willing to hear from the suara rakyat---people's voice.

Early this morning news reported that Raja Petra was detained under ISA again. Same goes to Teresa Kok and MP ffrom DAP and also a news reporter Tan Hoon Cheng of Sin Chew Jit Pao.
Malaysians could understand if Ahmad Ismail is detained. He had shown no respect for both the PM and DPM in the pretense of speaking for his people. He had also shown no respect to Khor Soo Khoon the ex-Chief Minister of Penang by allowing his supporter to tear the potrait of Khor Soo Khoon before the camera.

Even after the disciplinary action by UMNO Ahmad still show no sign of restrain with his words and action. If such is arrested all Malaysians could very well understand the reason behind it. However, for arresting a reporter who reported the incident, and also a MP and Raja Petra, all Malaysians cannot understand the rational behind it.

Why must people be arrested whenever UMNO has its internal conflict? This time, the component parties must voice out otherwise the results of the next general election will seal their fate.

We loved the nation, we appreciated the achievement accomplished by BN so far. However, BN has become arrogant and not hearing the voice of the rakyat. Many thought 308 should help BN to check themselves, but no. BN has become more unbearable. Whatever may happen to BN it is BN that asked for it.

Hidup Malaysia! Malaysia Maju!Rakyat bersatu hak rakyat dijamin. Government is elected to power, it can also be put out of power.Malaysia Boleh!

We are all Pendatang !

I come across this interesting article. Hope those who read this will help to varify the facts. Nevertheless, it is an intersting article written by a learned Malay writer.

A Thought on 916

Our nation is called MALAYSIA. A new nation that was born out of the union of Malaya,Sabah and Sarawak. To a right minded Malaysian the day of the formation of this new nation is just as important as the independent day of Malaya on 31st.August. However, from the view of history, 31st.August is historical as far as Malaya is concern. It is just like any other dates in the history of Malaya.

But to all Malaysians 916 is the date of the birth of Malaysia. It is still valid uptil this vary day. A date that is directly concerning ALL MALAYSIANS whether be it in Malaya or Sabah or Sarawak. It is truely the National Day for Malaysia.

To neglect such a date is like forgeting Sabah and Sarawak, or neglecting the contributions of Sabah and Sarawak to Malaysia. Malaya is a historical entity, or more correct to say, it is just a "state" of Malaysia. Penang, Perak etc is just a state of Malaya. However, in the process of forming Malaysia, we have all agreed to adopt the Merdeka Constitution as our foundamental constitution for all states and the acceptance of Malaya as it is. Thus we have what we are today.

Now as we recall 916, we are trying to restate the equal importance of all states in Malaysia. This date reminded us the accurate presentation of Malaysia, restoring the importance and appreciation of the coming together of Sabah and Sarawak with Malaya.

916 is also a reminder that PKR is placing a greater empahsis in the importance of rakyat Malaysia in its governance, while respecting what is enshrined in the Constitution in matters to the special privilege of Malay tradition, culture and language.

When PKR comes into power, 916 will be given a special emphasis.

Review of the "Pendatang" Mentality

If you ask me how I look at the "Pendatang Remark" by Bukit Bendera Umno Chief YB Ahmad Ismail, I would say he is not the first to have think that way for the non Bumi Malaysians. In fact, if you were to trace any record of racist UMNO members' talk and action, they have not learn to respect other Malaysians all this while. UMNO is always working on "Ketuanan Melayu" mind set. Their humba-humba (slaves and subordinates) like MIC, MCA,Gerakan etc are just tools to their achievement in power. Any of the component party member spoken out against some UMNO policy, it is termed as not towing the "Barisan spirit". In time when UMNO is strong they will disicipline such "rebellous "member or demand their respective party to discipline their own member.

PKR is on "Keutamaan Rakyat" mind set. PKR will treat all Malaysians equal while giving much thoughts and care for those who are in poverty and under privileged. PKR would learn to place the nation above party interest.PKR will work with all Malaysians who believe in " Malaysia for Malaysians."

Thus it is enough of the hu hah over Ahmad Ismail's remark. It is pointless to even talk about it. If Malaysians disagree with Ahmad Ismail, just come over to PKR! Listen to how UMNO addresses the action of the BN government. It is not called BN government it is always mentioned as UMNO this and UMNO that. BN is UMNO and UMNO is BN. Others are just tools and instrumental for UMNO to do what UMNO wants.

My advice is for all Malaysians to think right and make good use of the opportunity to build up a nation that respect all rakyat Malaysians !

Look for yourselves how you have been fooled by the clown? Now his new tricks is to give a fully paid holidays for all BN MPs. A right minded citizen would ask if it is the right thing to do when economy is so bad. If not, why? What purpose? Why go along with UMNO if you realise it is wrong. Join PKR.

The True Malaysian Spirit

Can we now look at what a true Malaysian spirit is all about?
1.Honouring the Merdeka Constitution
2.Accepting the fact that Malaysia is a multiracial country---learning to respect one another's culture and practices.
3.Accepting the fact that Islam is the national religion, Bahasa Melayu is the national language, and that many national formal dress code carries the cultural resemblances.
4.Being Malaysians we should not be ethinic minded, as long as all people are cared for, none is being exploited, whoever it may be in power and authority, it is accepted by all Malaysians.
5. However, due to te complexity of religious practices in official function, so much so that our King and the PM can relate to one another, and also to facilitate the Sultans to relate with their Menteri Besar, it is practical to have a muslim to be a PM or a Menteri Besar. It has nothing to do with ethinic problem but rather a practical reason.
6. Nevertheless, all Malaysians should be given equal opportunity for higher education, for business, and for positions in government departments and also in law enforcement units.
7. The poor should be cared for, the less scholartic students should be trained for vocational skill, and the rich business sectors whould be encourage to contribute towards the welfare of the under privilege sectors of the population.
8. All law enforcement units must remain neutral, fair and just in carrying out their responsibility.
9. All people must be allow to stand in the court of law to defend themselves before they are being convicted of any crime or offences.
10.If Malaysians wanted to benefit from tourism money, we must be friendly and hospitable to tourists and honest in all our dealings with tourists.

God bless Malaysia!

Time to get To Work

Now that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is back in the Parliment, it is time to get to work. We should no lnger talking about the benefit of a particular people group. We wanted to talk about developing Malaysia, and leading Malaysia economy to growth and creating a better investment atmosphere for foreign investors to come to our land.

We have better basic infra structure, better facility, better labour force, better linguistic talent, and also fine weather for foreign expatriats to stay in. We should be able to attract more foreign investment to Malaysia. Therefore, if we are for Malaysia, we should rid of personal corruption, clear of greed and pesonal gain, but to think of Malaysia. We want the nation to flourish and the people to gain from better economy.

So it is time to think of what had deterred such development so far? Can we not have a change over to a new ruling mindset: people oriented, and not communal in approach. It will benefit all rakyat. Our Datuk Seri Anwar hopes to do just that. He wanted to lead Malaysia to a greater heights. He is a visionary leader. What he needs now is to gather all MPs who are for Malaysia, a better Malaysia, not for self gain. MPs who are keen to see and work towards a better Malaysia.

Malaysia is made up of Peninsular Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak.Three -in-One. He hopes that he could form the next government with the support of Sabahan and Sarawakian MPs, so as to work out a better development for all the three:Malaya,Sabah and Sarawak.
He believed in People Power: thus he emphasised on Keutamaan Rakyat Malaysia. (People comes first). He hopes that all MPs who subscribed to his philosophy for running the nation will come together and form the next government, replacing the BN mindset.

This is not a time to be loyal to a party, it is time to be patriotic to the nation: save the nation from further corruption and economy destruction. Therefore, it is time for serious thinking, are you for the general rakyat of Malaysia and the well being of Malaysia or are you for personal gain.

Hurray ! Victory for Anwar Ibrahim

In the by election at Permatang Pauh on 26/8 Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim came out with a majority of 15,524 votes. This is a victory for the rakyat! An open expression that rakyat Malaysia has rejected BN gorvenment. Whatever benefit people may be promised or given for their votes, still it is for PKR.

Rakyat Malaysia thought the 308 results should have sent in a message to BN reminding them to drop racist mindset but to no avail. In fact BN leaders were banging on racist approach to win back support, so much so that the rakyat got so fed up with such leadership, they chosed to drop BN.

For a better Malaysia, rakyat Malaysia must be united as one people, one voice, and one goal---- to develop Malaysia. A Malaysian that won a gold or silver medal is the pride of the nation. It is not the community he comes from, it is his identity as a Malaysian. A Malaysian that managed well in a corporate business is a successful Malaysian business man. It is not important to include his ethnic background.

Now that Datuk Anwar Ibrahim is put back to the parliment, Malaysians are hopeful for a change of central government and a better Malaysia in the years to come.

Hurray ! Hip hip hurray! Malaysia Boleh!Congratulation to our PM6

Time for A Change

How do you look at the Permatang Pauh by Election?
It is time for a change over in Central Government of Malaysia!
Peple of Malaysia is waiting for a change. Now Malaysian is depending on the voters of Permatang Pauh to call the shot.

PKR will rid of racial card. However, PKR will implement systems to re educate the general public to be productive and effecient. PKR will ensure the wealth of the nation being enjoyed by the rakyat at large and revenue being utilise for improvement of livelihood of the people of Malaysia.

Top in the list will be the improvement in all public transport sectors. Malaysia must not depending too much on provate vehicles for daily transport, and PKR will see that lesser vehicles on the road in densely populated sectors. We want to have a cleaner air!

Next in the list is to improve our educational systems---- free and cheap higher education for all rakyat. Opportunity is avaialble to all bright and talented students. Malaysia wanted the cream of the rakyat to develop the nation, to run the administration machinery, and to impart knowledge to the next geenation.

PKR will have to harness the manpower from the rakyat, equipping them to be technicians, and also self employed business sectors of the nation. People must be taught to be independent and hard working, not depending on spoon feeding policies, or protected policies. The system must allow a fair competition among the rakyat, thus brnging up a generation of hard working Malaysians.

Therefore, let us allow a change by giving Anwar your full support. He has a vision for Malaysia. He has a heart to drive Malaysia forward into a better developed nation. Forget about the lies and accusation during the talks in this by election. Rakyat must have tasted enough of the bitterness all these 50 years. The poor is remaining poor ---- even you can earn a thousand ringgit a month. The rich is becoming multi-millionaires! Let us work towards a better Malaysia with Anwar leading the nation.

Rakyat To Express In Votes

Rakyat Malaysia should have heard enough of lies and smooth talks during the election. It is another time in Malaysia where politicians seems so nice and polite, so considerate and caring for all rakyat.

However, the clown has just made another show--- protest over UiTM intake and also roughing out at the Bar Council, now a sweet talk of understanding and fair and just policy. Even the kampong folks should know that these politicians would not even have a second look or a second thought for them when election is over. For the last 51 years how have the kampong folks benefited from the wealth and progress of the nation?

Whatever sweets may be given during this election time, just take it. But vote to tell the government we want a change. Vote for them to hear our hearts pumping and discontent. Vote to say that we want national progress for all rakyat and not just the ruling class.

Let us prepare the way for Anwar to the premiership of Malaysia Baru.

Information & Investigation

We often read how the police successfully resolve a case working from "tip off".At times our police force seems to work intelligently from information gathered from the unreveal sources. However, they seems to be boy scouts in their training, unable to look out for clue from information given to them from the various expressed media reporting.

You ask around and find out why people are so reluctant to make police reports at the various police stations. It is very often "tiring" and "wasting of time". Some time your good intention of sounding the larm through your report retuned with redicule and insults. In fact, many of the police personnel need some kind of relationship training.

Now back to information--- from expressed sources like Malaysiakini, newspaper reporting, police reports as well as telephone and sms messages from unrevealed informers etc. It is only right that the police department organising a small ISC (information screening committee) to look through all available information and channel some targeted cases for priliminary investigation. From such report of the priliminary investigation strike out what seems insignificant cases. However, a formal investigation should be carried out for cases that seems to carry some truth, for juctice as well as for criminal investigation.

It is up to the party concern to sue the writers and sources of the media for reports and news that carry defamatory objective. Thus we see that the police need not be worried about who leaks a certain medical report. It is the interest of the police that such report exists. It is the job of the defender to proof that the report is forged. Once it is proved so, the defender must make it a case so that the police can take it from there.

It is not the interest of the police as how such a photo exists. It is enough to have it on show and to investigate further. It is the defender who has to prove that it is a manipulated photograph or video tape etc.

Until and unless the police learn to start working from the right approach, who would dare to stand at the witness stand?Until and uless the police appreciate and protect informers, who would dare to come to the open?

Thus it is my intend that this small sharing will provoke our thoughts to approach issues correctly.

Malaysia In The Next 50 years

What do you see in Malaysia in the next 50 years? If there is no change in our mind set Malaysia gets poorer, cost of living higher, corruption worsen, many government projects failed. More millionaires are created from one community, if not from a few families in the ruling classes. Many out spoken politicians are put away in jail.

But this is what true Malaysians would not want to see. We wanted to see something better. We wanted to see PKR ruling the nation. We wanted to see that our King is consulted in many government would be projects. We wanted to see the the Sultans and Governors play a more important role in overseeing the governing of the states.

We wanted to see Bahasa Malaysia is highly respected and used in all government and official matters. However, English is well grasped by the majority of Malaysian population as a tool for technology development and internatioal business transaction. We wanted to see that Malaysians of all communities are working hand in hand and side by side in all government departments.
We wanted to see Malaysians of different communities holding position of great importance in various government departments.

We see agricultural development given a stronger emphasis.Lands are leased out to organised Farming community for modern machanised farming. Subsidies are beig given to finance such farming, so that the harvest can be sold at a cheaper price to benefit the general consumers.
Incentive are given for a good harvest. This encourages farmers to be more productive in their agricultural projects.

We see good roads accessible to such rural setting. Thus making life in the rural setting just as convenience as in the urban setting.Public transportation is easily available.Schools and clinics are available to all these farming community.

In the next 50 years we should see how the government truely value the cream of the nation. University places are available to all of them. A new catogary of blue colar community is produced by the various vovational institutions. They are offered certificates and diploma for employment in the various industries, and even being given loans to start their own little service businesses.

We hope to see a better developed rural settings with modern homes and recreative facilities.
We hope to see better town planning in many newly established townships.More emphasis in building clean and healthy enviroment, convenient public transport and lesser vehicles on the road.Cleaner rivers and green cities. Quality of living enviroment is considered and not merely building concrete jungles throughout the length and breadth of Malaysia.

No more talks on communal issues, but more on national issues given much thoughts refering to Malaysians in general.God bless Malaysia.

Positive Reaction This Very Day

Hi Rakyat Malaysia, whatever the outcome of the charge may be, remember, be law abiding citizens of Malaysia. Let justice and the rule of Law continue to run in the beloved nation of Malaysia. Do not destroy what we had helped to build up and caused must financial difficulty to the nation.

You do not burn your own house just because you have a snake sneaked into your house. Wait for the right moment to get it out of the house.

Whatever may happen, Rakayat Malaysia must put back a member of PKR into the Parliment. Do it as a sign of support for People Power----Rakyat Boleh!

Next wait for the next general election, give a total win over throughout the nation, bringing down every candidate that helps to destroy the hope of the Rakyat. You have learnt from 308 how your votes can work. Now that we have seen how disappointed the Rakayt could be, give a total changeover the next round. Let some of the parties be troden under our feet and become a history for our next generation.

Do not play rough, but calm, whatever may happen. But never forget the struggle of all rakyat Malaysia---- to build a harmonious community and a properous nation where Keutmaan Rakayat is the talk of the day.

You Better Get It Over or Else....

Now that Anwar will be charge in court, I am sure all Rakyat Malaysia wanted to see that justice and transparencyof the whole court proceeding be avail to all rakyat. The first thing is to bring to open the official police report of our saiful. Also make available to the media all medical documentations and any other evidences.

If there be any hint of inconsistency in any of the so call "evidences" the court should prepare to throw the case out, and drop it.

Not only that the Law should allow the wrongly accused victim to bring all " culprits" to the court of law. Whoever is found conspiring against Anwar should be charged. Those in high positions must resign from their position. If the case is found to be a "conspiracy", the highest penalty must be imposed on all "culprits".

No leniency should be shown to such people who are trying to destroy the star of Malaysia, the potential PM candidate of our nation. It is the highest treason plot against a man who loves Malaysia, one who tries to lead the nation through the democratic channel.

Whoever is standing against Anwar today must either prove him guilty or else be prepared to face the same court they are trying to make use of this day.

Watchout for the Next Move

Now that Anwar has decided to stand in for the Permatang Pauh by-election what else can we expect to happen?

1. Those who do not want to see Anwar coming back to power will plot against him. Anwar may be arrested again without any kind of criminal conviction. Malaysians will cry "foul" and protest against such act of injustice.

For this Anwar must try his best to guard against such unfair arrest. All Malaysians must back up Anwar for his struggle to lead Malaysia in his strong conviction of what Anwar thinks is best for all rakyat.

2. We may expect the authority trying to disqualify Anwar to stand for the by election. For this the Election Commissioner must play a fair game. Go by the "book" not by any "instruction" from the "boss". For the sake of saving Malaysia and also allowing god's will to over ride human manupulation, act without fear and favour.

3. As soon as Anwar win the by election, those who have been waiting to work towards a better Malaysia may join him. Thus we see the immediate change over of central government.

However, I wish Anwar assures all rakyat Malaysia that when he comes into his prmiership, he will not take vengence on those who had plotted against him. Instead, allow the court-of-law to convict them of their wrong doing and punish them accordingly. Forgive those who had to "obey order" and execute action against their own will. Allow Malaysia to return to the "rule of the law" and work to improve Malaysian economy.

The new government must also adopt the slogan of "KeUtamaan Rakayat Malaysia" and not what UMNO has been fighting for. Remove the "ruling class"system. Allow the commoner from the rakyat to aspire to rule and dream of a better Malaysia in the years to come.

God bless Malaysia.

Are You For Rakyat Malaysia

UMNO has made it so obvious that BN=UMNO and UMNO=BN. May I suggest that all component parties of the BN to seriously asked themselves: are you for Rakyat Malaysia or are you for UMNO? In the next general election all the rakyat will determine whether your party should be accounted for. If you are for the rakyat and also for the conviction of a Malaysian Malayisa, leave BN and let it be really UMNO=BN and BN=UMNO.

We love the nation. We are for a better Malaysia. Whosoever is on the rakyat side, the rakyat will support. Whosoever is entering politic just for monetary benefit, we suggest that you go into business.

If you are in politic you must have a love to rule and manage the country, and be proud to see how Malaysia will excel in all fields and develop into a modern self sufficient nation. If you do not have a political ambiton for Malaysia, leave politic for business.

This is the time for all component parties of BN to send a message to UMNO that BN must be a corporated party and not a sole propriety of UMNO.Otherwise, just leave and join PKR and work towards a god fearing, just and fair government. No use talking about god and living in corruption. No use having the form of religion and pratice evil.

It's A Battle To Regain Lost ground

How do you see the recent action of UMNO? It is a political battle to regain lost ground.
Both Psychological warfare and Tactical warfare are employed.
Psychologically, UMNO hopes to break the unity of PKR and also cast doubts on the capability of PKR. PAS has almost fallen into the trap. PKR members has also nearly fallen to its trap to raise up the mistrust of PAS. Half the battle is won. The remianing half is to see the suspicion and disunity of PKR member parties.

PKR members must come together again to show the rakyat that YOU ARE ONE. Not a show but in total commitment and sincerity. Do not make a fool of the rakyat, we know whether it is sincere or just a political gimmick.

Tactically, UMNO is using racial and religion cards. Being the ruling party, UMNO has always be above the law when come to playing racial sentiments. For example BN members can go to the street to show their muscles, but if the same is carried out by any other parties, you see the police rushing into action. It is an open secret even at the talks in coffee shops.

What UMNO has forgotten is the present generation of rakyat is no fools. They are the one who is being played out after the 50 years of history. We see the poor still need subsidies, the the rich is getting richer. Everyone knows who are those who hold on to high positions in big corporate companies, driving big cars, staying in big bunglows, owning big amount of shares and stocks. Whatever may be claimed by the authority, the rakyat knows who had robbed them of their national wealth. Such card only cause emotional upset but has no impact on the rakyat as a whole.

So PKR should just ignore it and get on with running the states, proving to the rakyat what you can do. Showing the rakyat your are different from BN. Do not fall into the tricks of your opponents.

Resolving In-House Matters

The recent direct talks between UMNO and PAS surely will give rise of lots of suspicions as to the poltical stand of PAS on Pakatan Rakyat. However, suspicions is not a fact. In order to clear the doubt and get the facts, members of Pakatan Rakyat should call for a top level dialogue. It should be made known as a standrad proceeding that if there be any misunderstanding between member parties, a red line phone call should be available. Or in this IT age, make available an email address for immediate communication to arrange for a top level talk.

Do not allow open discussion, or giving comment to media before such top level talk.
If PKR wanted to prove to rakyat Malaysia of its maturity and capability to handle issues, leaders must restrain from making public comment before the particular matter is discussed at the top level talks.

Rakyat Malaysia is giving PKR a chance to prove itself. Do not misuse the opportunity or damage the confidence the rakyat has put into PKR.

Malaysia Boleh!

True Unity For All Malaysians

Of late we read that UMNO is playing another racial card, attracting PAS for a talk of Malay unity and making religion as a bait. What is the whole rational behind? I believe UMNO is hoping to make use of this card to hold on to the rule of the country---- knowing well that UMNO is losing ground the more they make a fuss of it all.

What we should have learnt from our 308 general election is that we need to promote national unity----true Malaysian unity for the growth and a better Malaysia. Sad to say, the craze of power had caused some blindspot in leadership and the greed of material wealth had blotted out their rational mind. They are still hoping to work from racial card.

As the voice of Rakyat Malaysia, we call for a true Malaysian unity. May I remind all component parties in the BN to give a serious thought for true unity. A platform where every rakyat and every communal group in this beautiful land is given an opportunity to grow with the nation. We cry out for the sake of our coming generation--- our children's children. BN had failed for the last 50 years, but succeeded in creating millionaires. However, at the expense of poor rakyat, both the kampong folks as well as the struggling town folks from every communal groups.

Has the policy benefited the poor? No. The policy has benefited the ruling class. Just check it out, before they come into UMNO what was their economic status. Having joined in the rich wagon, what do they own now? This is common sense to the rakyat, an open secret even at simple district level. There is a saying, join BN and get rich!

Oh no. Not for those who love Malaysia. Malaysia should get rich, the national reserve should get rich. The rakyat should enjoy the riches of the nation, not just the special class of pepole.

So if you believe in unity, let us throw our support behind PKR, support it, and witness the unity of Rakyat Malaysia. We must work towards a just governance, a clean management, a caring nation. Unless Malaysians can shade the racial mentality, no way will Malaysia grow and become rich and developed. Leave religion to their followers, and allow government to practise fair and just policy to all rakyat Malaysia.

Responsibility & Accountability

I am sure all the elected MPs are watching the "drama" both in the parliment house as well as in the "arrest episodes" of both Anwar and also Raja Petra. No one is above the law. If it is a crime, let the court of law prove their wrong. If it is actions with political intent, let the law of justice protect the innocent.

Ever since 308 Malaysians have not rested. Much had taken place and life is getting tough for all simple rakyat. Let us get going, helping to bring back law and order to the land, and work hard to solve the hardship of all rakyat Malaysia. Stop playing with politic and start planning and working out solutions to help Malaysia to get over the present economy crisis.

All politicians must accept the results of 308 and improve on their performance to win back the support from the rakyat. From what is going on, politicians do not seem to learn their lesson from the last election. Component parties in the BN do not seem to exist. We seem to see UMNO representing BN and acting and talking as if there is only one party in BN. Component parties in BN must voice out regarding some of the actions and policy implemented recently. As rakyat of Malaysia we take it that all of you have agreed to all the things introduced since 308.

The rakyat will make you all responsible and accountable for all the actions and policy thus implemented. Rakyat Malaysia will know what to do and who to support in the next coming general election or state election. However, if you find it unacceptable and unagrreable, voice out. Let rakyat know that you are for the people. Even if you fail to affect any changes, at least we know you are worth supporting. Presently, all component parties of BN seems to be in total agreement with what is affecting the livelihood of the people. We will hold you responsible and accountable to the future development of Malaysia and the effect on our generations to come.

Anwar's Arrest & Release

Anwar was arrested on 16th.July and released on 17th.July. How would a rakyat Malaysia feel about the whole thing?

As rakyat Malaysia we felt that the police department was overacting. However, the release was a relief to all rakyat Malaysia. Otherwise we would classify the action of the police as "unprofessional".

Rakyat Malaysia would like to see a fair and just investigation into the claim of sodomy. All investigation must be clear of any political intent. It should be merely dealing with the so call crime,if proven true. May we remind the police department that the eyes of all Malaysians are upon their every action. They had defamed Anwar once some many years back, let not this repeat this time.

If Anwar is good for Malaysia, all police personnel and military personnel should throw in their support for him. Malaysians need a capable leader to lead us out of the economy slump and political unrest as well as corruption.

Whether you are a police personnel or a military personnel, you have the same responsibility of a Malaysian, to prevent our beloved nation from "economy crash down", to safe guard our national treasury from been channel into personal property, to uphold the sovereignty of Malaysia. Malaysians must be loyal to the country, and make the elected government to be accountable to the rakyat. If the elected government failed to rule the nation well, they must be replaced. If the elected authority misuse their power and misappropraited the national wealth, they must face up to the court of law.

If Anwar is proscuted for a crime he had committed, he deserves it. However, if he is framed and suffer for trying to lead Malaysia out of the economy blue, we should throw our support for him. Let all Malaysians be in one accord to help our country to pull through the present crisis.

What Happened to Bala?

Heh, what had happened to Balasubramaniam and his family during the 24 hours after he made his first statutory declaration (SD)? Have a look at his photo displayed by Sin Chew Jit Poh (5/7) you will see that Bala had gone through real bad time.

Any sensible investigation should start from the time he had made his first SD. Next follow on the events that took place to both Bala and his family members. Who had called, and who had visited him etc. Not so much of the second SD because the events that followed the first SD definitely had a lot of bearing leading to the second SD.

Whatever it may, Balasubramaniam should know before hand as what to expect when he made the first SD. For him to make the second SD surely it is an act of crime for his first SD. A false statement (if it is).

What must Bala do now? Nothing until the safety of his family members is ensured. Nothing until his own safety is guaranteed. Only then will he come forth to tell the whole story.

Can anyone be sure that Bala's life is not endanger at this point of time? He may suddenly die in an 'accident' or what may look like 'commiting suicide'. Only a dead man won't talk. The same blast that killed Altantuya can also blast Bala off.

Malaysians must pray for a living man to tell the truth, unveiling the wonder story of this Altantuya episode---- a good script for the movies. An unexpected ending may yet to be written in that script.

Will the intellectual Malaysians be taken as fools in the cinema. Even at the end of a movies most movies goers would like to comment on the story and the ending of the episode.

Have You Seen a Clown?

A clown tries hard to fool his audience with lots of tricks. He put on a smiling look though the heat caused im much sweating in that clown suite.Deep inside him is much anxiety and sorrow. His acts and his smiles are just for the $$$$.

Of late we witnessed Malaysian clowns putting on an act again. Sweeties after a magic show of fuel price incrase; Left hand holding a"review for the benefit of the people"slogan, right hand holds a "no monorail project for Penang"signboard;the mouth blows the pride of democracy, the feet stepped on press freedom at the parliment house;now holds a play card of sodomy, and turned a deaf ear blind eyes to national cries etc.

Who do you think the clown is trying to fool? The intellectual public? Ha ha, it only goes to fool himself like the story of the King and His New Dress. ha ha laughed the crowd, "Here goes the fool again", the public pointing the fingers to the clown. Ha ha...

Poverty and Wealth

To eradicate poverty in the nation is an excellent goal. It has been the goal of BN for the last 50 years. Is it a failure ? Since BN is still at it after 50 years.

Poverty in Malaysia is more of the result of human factor rather than the course of nature. It is a fact that if any Malaysian is hard working he will make a good living. Laziness and slothfulness is the main cause of poverty in Malaysia. We have no natural disaster, no war, no lack of business opportunity just need hard work and wise financial management.

Our role is to implement training program to bring up a generation of hard working, productive Malaysians. Has it been the top priority of poverty eradication program? It is not forcing your way into business, but be equipped and be interested in business. Cultivate the right business man mentality, hard work and thrifty mind set. Be people oriented and not relying on government subsidy or sponsorship. Be real business man.

Calling All MPs

MPs are representing the rakyat to oversee the management of Malaysia. If Mps really playing their role well, no government in power dares to ignore their presence in the parliment and to ignore the cries of the rakyat.

May I call all MPs in the parliment to think about the future of Malaysia. Think about your children and your children's children. Think about the damage that can be done to a God blessed Malaysia. If you love Malaysia, and if you love your rakyat more than silver and gold, speak out!

If your sensible representation is ignored, why throw in your support? Turn the table around. If our beloved nation wants to grow and be developed, stand to your conviction and reject bias policy. Stamp out corruption and protect national wealth. Rid of evil and put the upright in position. If MPs do not act when there is opportunity to save Malaysia, we will land up like some African countries, poor rakyat in want and living at the mercy of rich ruling class. This will result in social ill, unrest, and power struggle. The good and beauty of blessed Malaysia will be ruined. Is that what MPs wanted?

Do what is within your decision to turn around the situation for your children's children sake. Future of Malaysia is in MPs decision.

Slapping On His Own Face

What was the high light of the review of the 9th,Malaysian Plan? Quote what is reported in NST front page:"the government is committed to doing anything to lighten the burden of the people and preserving the quality of life."

"Priotiy to improve facilities of public transport".

So what is so wrong about the monorail project? Has it not fit in to the whole purpose of the mid-term review of the 9th.MP? It is a people oriented public transport system, easing congested traffic of Penang and also providing a cleaner air and healthy enviroment. It will definitely lighten the burden of the people.

If our government is for all people our government has no reason to stop or postpond the project. If it is financial retrain, then leave it to Penang to have a free hand on the project. We are sure, without any prejudices, there will be contractors who are able to take up the project and finish it before the next general election.

If the central government is the block to the development of Penang or any state due to prejudices, it will only call for a back fire, a total rejection for such non-people oriented government. Has not the BN government learn its lesson well after 308? Do not try to fool an educated Malaysian population. This is the blind spot for BN government. Not even the kampong folks can be fooled easily. The kampong folks witnessed the imbalance between the rich (ruling classes) and the poor rakyat of all races. The kampong folks thanked the support of hard working community for their livelihood and employment, and realised that there are the poor among all rakyat. The rich belongs to the ruling class, the poor are the rakyat. Even the rich business community, they slog day and night, sacrificing their homes and children, to provide for their family, and to provide for their employee. They realised it is the ruling class that drain off the resources of the rakyat, the hard sweat money through taxes, and mismanagement of the national fund etc. They know a small project can be awarded for a big substantial amount. They know.....the talk of the town and kampong....the rakyat is not fools to be played with.

If not taking the chances given by the rakyat properly this round, the next round BN is no more!!! The rakyat thanked the BN government for the good that had been done, so the support, and anger. But if the voice of the rakyat is ignored, the rakyat has no choice but to throw off BN for good.

So the policy and action at this point of time is a test to see whether it is worth supporting BN in power, or should the rakyat reject BN altogether and get PR up into the front.

Enviroment & Natural Disasters

Kedah seems to aprove the logging of an area twice the size of Singapore. Is it true? Human is responsible to take care of what God has given for us to enjoy, our fresh water, fresh air, and cooling effect of greenery landscaping of Malaysia.

We are to take good care of our enviroment for healthy living. A good steward of nature will help to keep a good balance of ecology, thus the country will not invite natural disasters to Malaysia.

Malaysians may have taken lots of things for granted: no earthquake, no typhoon, no cyclones, no heat waves. However, let us remember the near miss of earthquake, near miss of a typhoon, the losing of clear flowing river, the increase of air pollution, the uncertainty of our weather etc.
Whatever we sew we will reap.

Let us not go after the west, building tall buildings. Our city need not be represnted by tall buildings, but by its clealiness, its quality buildings, its greenery landscaping, its efficient public transportation, its modern communication technology etc.
We should preserve our greenery landscape and introducing development to rural settlement with quality housing surrounded by greenery, clear flowing streams and rivers, with beautiful flowery landscape etc.

Let us be a developed nation in our Malaysian way: power and water supply to all rural township and settlements, quality housing for rakyat Malaysia, ample supply of food stuff, cheap and convenient public transport system, lots of recreation centres and greenery parks, lots of job opportunities, and minimal national debts, best educational facility, and peaceful and harmonious community. Be an enviromental friendly nation, free from all natural disasters.

Right Thinking & Right Decision

Now that our DPM Datuk Seri Najib Razak has assured all Malaysians and specifically to all SABAHAN that the government will conduct a large operation against the illegal immigrants in Sabah, we hope Sabahan should have the peace of mind to trust the government.

This is a right decision. Illegal immigrants can pose a security problem to the nation. Remember the wooden horse of TROY. How the enemy was led into the walled city of Troy and cause the fall of city.

Illegal immigrants have no sense of belonging. They have no feel for the people around them. Not even loyalty to the country. They can be rough and ruthless when face with life pressure. They will resort to crime.

In fact Malaysia should review our import of foreign workers ---- too much of dependent on such work force give rise to social ill. Resolve man power problem positively. If we wanted to keep our labour cost low to be competitive and to attract foreign investment, we should keep our cost of living low through reduction of taxes on some basic commodities, subsidies of basic needs, cheap public transport systems, and tax insentive for provision of workers' quarters etc.

Our government policy should care to look into the need and livelihood problem of the general public and not just to think of profit and gain of business tycoon.

Where should Malaysia Be Heading to?

In life we need to set a goal for ourselves. With that goal we will strife forward overcoming all obstacles heading toward the goal.Where should Malaysia be heading to? What is our goal? We seems to have set Wawasan 2020 as our goal some time back. Can we just ask ourselves, do we know what we aspire to achieve with 2020? How are we doing? Do not be self deceived.

We should be heading towards a Harmonious and Prosperous Malaysia.
Harmonious ---- where everybody in Malaysia seeing everyone as Malaysians, accepting one another, respecting one another, and working hand in hand with one another, trusting one another, builidng up a peaceful and harmonious community.

How to achieve such objective? Drop ALL communal politics. Work towards a Rakyat Malaysia politic.Aim to build up the nation, blessing the Rakyat and not just a particular group of people mentality.
Politicians must learn to be good parents. Be humble and be honest and be upright. Learn to be a good losser. If you have failed to win the support of the rakyat, just admit it and quit or improve yourself. No develish tricks and evil attempts. All for the good of Malaysia.
Be fair and just to all rakyat----let the law rules the nation and not money politic.

Prosperous ----where the riches of the land is enjoyed by all rakyat. Where the success of the nation is a blessing to all rakyat. Not so much of being rich and wealthy, but being able to live with joy and happiness, enjoying the facility of modern lifestyle, benefiting from the development of the modern technology, and being rich in quality life.

Watch out for this evil of greed: rakyat suffers in need of basic living while the people on high live high and mighty lifestyle. Fight against the evil of wanting to boss around people, making slaves of rakyat while those in authority misuse of power and national wealth. It is a curse to a blessed land like Malaysia. It will lead Malaysia into great poverty, unrest, and power struggle. Drop all that in the mind, and be good parents to all rakyat, Malaysia a heaven on planet earth.

Dress for the Occasion

Bentayan assembly man Gwee Tong Hiang was booted out of the state assembly for not putting the right attire for the occasion. It may be one own freedom to dress whatsoever one likes at home or in his own office. But it is not right to dress against the rules and regulation of a company at place of work, or in school, or in any uniform unit, not even at a friend's wedding. You just have to dress for the occasion to show your respect to the host.

Here in the Johor state assembly, everyone is expected to dress in the ceremonial attire for the opening ceremony. Regretably our YB Gwee thought he had dressed well for the occasion. Yes he had dressed well, but not right for the ceremony. Thus he had to be sent off. How could you expect the Speaker Datuk Mohd Ali Hassan to respect YB Gwee when Gwee had not shown respect to the YAB Sultan of Johor in the state assembly in refusing to dress for the occasion.

This should serve as a reminder to all YBs and Datuks, there is no racial stigma in any dress code. It is all in the heart. Since we are of Multi racial background, our dresses are designed according to our cultural heritage. There is no particular emphasis in dress designing, merely designed accroding to our multi racial setting. Let us not be too sensitive to such, but learn to love our national culture and accept our unique setting.

Hope our YB Gwee will humble himself to apologize to the YAB Sultan of Johor and also apologize to the state assembly----represented by the Speaker. I wish the YAB Sultan of Johor in His graciousness will accept such apology and try to give time for some to adjust themselves to stamp off any form of prejudices. Peace and harmony is our goal whether be at state level or national level. Malaysia Boleh!

What is the Message from SAPP action?

It came out in the open---- in most of the daily newspapers, reporting the action of SAPP leader Datuk Seri Yong Teik Lee.Datuk Yong seems to suggest a motion of no-confidence against the PM in this coming session at the Parliment. Though it sounded like an act of opposition to BN team spirit, but if we consider deeper into it, it is a demand of correcting the wrong in the past and returning to Sabah what is rightfully belonging to Sabah. Datuk Yong was reported to ask for the 20% oil royalty for Sabah and the return of Labuan to Sabah, as well as demanding action against the illegal immigrant problem in Sabah.

All that the BN government needs to do is to face the issues justly, and correcting the wrong of the past. It has nothing to do with losing the two-third majority, nor has it anything to do with the demand for our PM to quit. It is more to do with the desire of our PM wanting to be a PM for all Malaysians and desiring to hear the truth.

If this is handled well, it will strengthen the coorperation and unite all the component parties in BN. What is needed is to come to the round table and work it out. Just give a direct call to Datuk Yong and request him to hold on about the motion. Only if BN can learn to talk things out and not demanding on UMNO's supremacy, the rakyat will benefit from a reformed BN government.

I am sure the rakyat will only make a choice of change when it is necessary. However, if possible, I am sure the rakyat would prefered a truly democratic Malaysia, with a strong opposition monitoring the actions of the ruling party.

Stand steady, not waver, but be diplomatic in resolving inside matters. The rest of you, just hold your peace, and see how our Pak Lah lead BN through this small crisis.

Watchout For Foreign Workers

Do we need so many foreign workers?
Is it true that Malaysians are fussy in job hunting?
Malaysians need to survive in this inflated market place. Our salary must be sufficient to make our ends meet.

1. Once we have the "cheap public transport" and "subsidise food and basic needs", Malaysians can survive with the pay scheme practised by most employers.

2. Only then will Malaysians take up the employment now being given to foreign workers.

3. We need to imrpove our vocational training program, customise our trade school program to suite our market demand.

4. Slowly phase out our foreign workers policy---returning them after their terms expired. Replacing them with Malaysians, arranged by Jabatan Tenaga Malaysia.

5. Have motivation seminars with employee to uplift working morale.

Remember that the number of foreign workers in the country is alarming. They can pose a very serious threat to the secuirty and peace of our society. We may reap what we saw now in years to come.

Do not give away PR or MY Card to such foreigners easily. Make our citizenship something valueable and hard to obtain, so that people respect our nation and respect our people. Drop communal politic and let us think Malaysians for a better Malaysia. God bless Malaysia.

Let Us Talk on Petrol $$$$

The government should have the rakyat in the heart in all policy implementation. Let us look at the Petrol Dollars again.

1. We are producing oil. We have fat revenue from Oil-----kurnia Tuhan bagi rakyat Malaysia. It is not meant for any individual or families. It is for rakyat Malaysia. Unless we manage it well it will become a curse.
Corruption will rot away Malaysia, bring about social unrest, causing economic collapse, and heavenly inflicted disasters.

2. If we are not going to subsidise our petrol, than subsidise our basic needs: rice, sugar, water supply, electricity, tol free highway, cheap public transport, cheap building material for cheap houses.

3. Bearing in mind the action of removing fuel subsidy can have a direct effect on our national car industry. Set a goal, let the streets of Malaysia be filled with Malaysian cars, selling cheap because of lesser taxation, and stop AP for imported cars.
Fuel prices has a direct effect on car industries. Slow implementation will save lots of loses for those in the industries.Make it know that Malaysia is all out to support our national car industries.

4. Malaysians driving Malaysia made cars should enjoy such pride and privilege of national achievement.Cheap but quality Malaysian cars! Once we have make it a name in Malaysia, our Malaysian cars will fetch better prices in ASEAN nations and worldwide.

5. Education is the backbone of national development and survival. We should promote our usage of Bahasa Malaysia in local transaction, and have English as a second language for commerce and science. We should make our education available to all Malaysians, with government subsidy for Malaysian students, but collecting substantial fee from foreign students.

To make Malaysia a regional education centre, our fee must be affordable to the people around us: Thailand, Vietnam,Cambodia, China,Philippines etc.

6. Our petrol dollars must be made good used of for national building and not for individual benefit. Rural development, eviromental development, landscaping the cities, make Malaysia a green nation for healthier living. Unless we do it now or Malaysia will fall into the curse and become a dirt like some African countries.

The Talk Is On---Our Next PM

Of late people are talking about our PM Pak Lah leaving the political arena by handing over the nation's PM seat to our DPM Najib. Should our PM just leave the rakyat at this crucial moment in Malaysia? The answer is "No".

1. PM Abdullah needs to build up his reputation for historians. He must be remembered as a PM who helps the nation to get out of the mess left by his predecessor.

2. PM Abdullah must be seen as one who was soft and kind at heart but firm and stern in dealing with his political opponents. He should not quit just because there are those who demended his removal.

3. PM Abdullah has given a gleam of hope for changes in our judicial reforms and leading towards rural development and helping the nation to cope with ever increasing fuel prices etc. Why change now, casuing anxiety and unstability to the nation as well as shattering all the effort to re present BN to the rakyat?

4. In order to resolve social problem, eradicating of poverty, and uniting the multi-racial rakyat, PM Abdullah should push off communal politic from BN, preparing a counter offer what PR is offering to the rakyat. Malaysians wanted the best to stay in power. The votes talk louder than the kris. The people power must not be underestimated. Certain people is still living in his 60s but the rakyat are on air, online, and learned. No more morons or pupet in the hands of the politicians.

5. Any outrageous talkers will be removed in the next general election.

So we hope our PM will stay on for sake of Malaysia and allow Malaysia to return to stability after 308.

A Timely Gesture for Sarawak

The Straits Times also carries the news of our PM's visit to Sarawak. An additional RM1 billion for Sarawak. It is a good gesture. It should be a general practice for a government who cares for the rakyat----not just for political support. An allocation for the development of basic infrastructure in rural areas---- water piping and lighting, and also better roads.

May I suggest the BN government have a closer monitoring on the use of this allocation. Check on the prices of projects involved. Be fair in its open tender for such projects. Let every cent really goes towards those projects benefiting the general public.

It is time for the government to study how to make good use of Petrol money to improve the rural areas throughout the country. Raise the stardard of living, but not the cost of living! Implementing food subsidy, cooking oil subsidy and also public transport subsidy to the poorer community. Encourage business companies to invest and run bus services into rural area, restructure good connection of bus services between rural township. Extend electricity supplies and water supplies system into rural region.

Begin to take care of the rakyat and the rakyat will see that a caring government stays in power. Otherwise, the voting results will tell the story again.

Poverty Line of A Malaysian

I read from The Straits Times report on Page 2 dd 11/6/08 that our Malaysian poverty line is anywhere below RM1500.00 mnthly income. Is it a mistake of the report or was it the out of touch of of PM with the rakyat?

Some 30 years back a fresh university graduate is offered anywhere around RM750-RM1500.00 Today a fresh gradute is offered around RM1300-$1800.00
To make the rakyat living above poverty line, our mama and papa must be graduates with a good employer.

Otherwise, majority of our rakyat is below the poverty line.It was this wrong assumption that ALL of us are above RM1500.00 that makes our PM decided to raise the petrol prices. Some said, no, it is the look of all Malaysians---having cars and motorcycles, staying in brick houses that make us feel that we are alright. Not true. Our public transport is inconvenience, and out of reach for the poor. (Fare is high). We need the car for transport and work. We need the motor cycles to go to work.

** So the first thing is to implement a cheap and regular public transportation. Then we all will sell off our cars.

Someone has even suggested that Malaysians take up double jobs to ease the financial restrain. Sounded good. Where are the job opportunities? How about social problem when parents are busy making ends meet and children are neglected.

** So next, cut down public expenses like overseas trip, entertainment allowances, and impractical white elephant projects. Channel this extra fund to subsidise food and public transportation expenses for the poor.

Please move with the people and you will know that RM1500.00 can't even cover the highly inflated cost of living today. Many Malaysians had fallen into poverty line. The government has failed after these 50 years----instead of eradicating poverty it has pushed the rakyat into a new poverty community.

** What will the reaction be? Have a changeover of government can be an option for most rakyat. Who knows Malaysian can have a better future with a change? Life is a gamble. So it is with policy implementation.

What Is Our Priority?

Get rid of all White elephant projects, and bring back the $$$ to subsidise the ever inflated cost of living.
How we should have save up the $$$ spent on sending our man into space for a ride.
We should forget the ink purchased for the general election, it had just gone down the drain.
We should have controled the spending of our YB especially such spending in just two months. The $$$ should have been used for rice subsidy and allow the rakyat to enjoy cheaper rice.

Why safe banks when these business enterprises gone in the red, even MAS etc and allow the living rakyat suffer? How is it possible for massive profit from national resources be given to individual company when the rakyat is suffering? Is our system cares only for rich and leaving the poor to suffer?

Why pay YB when they have served their term of office while allowing hard working rakyat living in poverty? What about just pay them like other employee benefits. If not careful becoming a YB becomes a sort of business investment, life long benefit and salary.

If ever a new government is formed, Rakyat Malaysia hopes there should be a serious review in all our priority. God bless Malaysia.

It's Interesting How It Looks

This chart was sent to me lately. Can someone please varify if it is true as it is shown in the chat.
Whatever it may be, petrol price hike is "eating into the lives"of Malaysians.
Worse is yet to happen. The poor is getting poorer. Those wage earners are getting nowhere, just enough to cover their expenses. For those who are already in low wages, poverty is their share while others live luxuriously.
The rich may not feel it though, but surely their lives is in danger of robbers, extortionists, and even day light robbery at your door steps. Unless the rich shares their riches with the poor, through subsidising, surely worse is yet to come.

RM2.70 our Petrol Policy

ALL Malaysians will feel the pinch in their pockets wit the sudden hike of petrol price from RM1.92 to Rm.2.70 The small motorcyle that takes in RM4 full tank petrol began to take in $7.00 petrol at the last petrol price raise. This time it is going to take about $10.00 to fill up that small petrol tank.

Not to mention about cars and vans and also trucks and small business transportation. Who is going to pay for this extra expenses ? Surely it will come down to the consumers. Tis will mean everything is costing more from 5th.June 2008. However, salary remains the same. Thus there is this heavier burden for all rakyat Malaysia.

This is made worse off with the shortage of rice, the more expensive bread and butter, the unprofitable nasi lemak etc. Some are deciding to stop business soon. What is the point of selling at marginal profit and worse no business at all.

Hardship is coming upon all Malaysians. The government may under estimated the effect of such price hike, but surely it is going to turn many to crimes and others to poverty. Instead of eradicating poverty, many are made poorer. Such can cause a spiral effect to an unrest society.

Why allowing the prosperity of the nations to fatten the rich, and not taking the profits to reduce the burden of daily livelihood of all general population. Some said our petrol is cheaper than many other nations, that does not warrant to cause the poor to suffer if our nation can help it. Imagine those billions and millions that have been spend eastefully by some can be use to subdise our basic needs, the rakyat will be enjoying the true prosperity of Malaysia.

Hope whatever policy we may want to implement, please bear in mind the suffering of the poor rakyat, not so much as those who could afford to throw away millions. Waste not want not. Otherwise Malaysia will be punished by God and we will have to face the suffering from the wrath of nature.

Foreign Investment In Penang

The SUN paper reported on 29/5 that a second foreign investor Honeywell International is coming to Penang. Definitely this is a good news for Malaysia as well as for Penang. We just hope that more effort is put in to invite foreign investment in Penang.

Penang people must work hard to make Penang a friendly and safe place for tourists as well as investors. Penang residents must lend a helping hand to tourists whenever they need help. All business quarters must practice fair pricing for foreigners as well as locals. All public transportation agencies must instil into their employee the gentleness and politeness in interacting with tourists and foreign investors. Make them feel safe and welcome to Penang.

The state tourist agencies must motivate restaurants and food courts owners to introduce neat and tidy uniform for their staff, keeping the place clean, and decorate their food courts to make it comfortable and presentable to all clients.

The whole goal is to draw visitors to Penang and making Penang a memorable place for all foreign and local tourists. Penang must bring in more tourist money and foreign investment for job opportunities.
