Of late One Malaysia seems to attract lots of interest. What is One Malaysia? Has Malaysia being divided ever since 1957? No. Never.
Rakyat Malaysia must insist on Malaysian Malaysia. A nation belonging to ALL Malaysians. It was never belonging to any particular ethnic group, because when Malaysians received independence from the colonial master, it was a nation belonging to ALL Malaysians. The power that was and the power that is was elected by the rakyat. It was the rakyat who entrusted the governance of the nation to the hands of those elected MPs. It was agreed that if they did not do well, it shall be changed over to those who are more capable.
However, due to the lack of knowledge rakyat Malaysia were led to believe that we must be grateful to those who had managed the country on our behalf. It was through lack of knowledge that rakyat Malaysia was told that some of the rakyat are threatened by a more hard working group of rakyat. Through lies those who worked hard to bring up the economy of Malaysia, who helped to build up towns and cities, and created a business enviroment , they are the robbers of the poor.
Instead of encouraging every community in Malaysia to be hard working and be competitive in the growing world, some were told to slow down, blocked of their progress, and to give way to others who need not have to work for it. Some successful business enterprises were taken over to creat millionaires all in the name of laws and regulations, sharing of economy.
It was a step to demoralise business spirit. In a smaller scales, road side hawkers were removed in the name of development. Once they are gone another people group was allowed to take over those same spots to do hawking business. This itself created unfriendly enviroment.
Malaysian Malaysia gives respect to ALL rakyat, provide opportunities to ALL rakyat and give attention to the cries of ALL rakyat. Never to suppress one and to close one eye to the other. Fair and just is the mindset behind Malaysian Malaysia.
Have a look around us, whether it be business sectors or educational sectors, or even among public services, it is the power that be dividing the rakyat and not the rakyat themselves. It is definitely no good for Malaysia in a long run. Our ringgit had fallen in exchange rate from 1:1 to 1:25, 1:3 etc. Why? Management problem. If Rakyat Malaysia wanted to save Malaysia, be bold enough to face the issue and make a great change in the coming general election. Going for a better Malaysia with Malaysian Malaysia.
